Soto I think will be tied up a while, but I'd love that fight or if Guerrero wins against Kat, that's another interesting match. Also, he's going to change his first name to switch the "a" and the "u" in Jaun. Maidana is a bad idea, I think.

I am unsure of this but I think his contract expires after 1 more fight with Golden Boy.

GBP wanted him to extend his contract with the Morales fight so he didn't sign.

I think he is waiting to see what happens with Morales-Maidana and Pacquiao-Mosley to see where to go next.

We probably will not see JMM fight again until around June, July, or August.

Join TopRank, fight one of TR's fighters, and then fight Manny Pacquiao in the fall.

I'd like to see him move up and fight Bradley next. I think it'd show if he could handle the heat at 140.

He looked fine to me against Floyd , physically

Im not sure he'll risk it , he turned down Guerrero & Maidana from GB and subsequently made it clear it was Manny he wanted .

If he does take a tune up you can bet it will be a tomato @140 under TR , thats the smart move , but my hunch is the next time we see Marquez it will be against Pacquiao

Hopefully not Pacquiao... That ship has sailed, IMO.
Still don't understand why JMM ain't going after Bradley and the 140lbs instead.

For everyone else yes for Marquez NO !!!

He has 2 fights under his belt with Pacquiao and of them two fights they are seperated on the scorecards by 1 point when combining the two sets of scorecards .

This is now boxings number 1 outright mega star and Marquez feels he has Pacquiao's number and he has an inferiority complex when it comes to world recognition or lack of (in his case) in the sport of boxing , therefore he may have to find out the hard way that Manny is operating on a different level to Marquez these days .

No disrespect meant towards Marquez there BTW , the guy is a living legend , future HOF'er , i just dont see him denting Manny at 147

The division is packed with bright contenders, he can just keep bashing mandatory challengers and I would be happy.
