Berto beats the sleeves off Alvarez....in my opinion that is. But why is everyone pretty much considered a hype job? There's lots of musicians but very few great artists. Lots of fighters, but again, very few great ones.
Canelo's not even a hype job.. give him this year and we'll see where he stand for crying out loud.. he's only 20!
you can't be a hype job unless u were exposed in some way. Berto has not been exposed. He had a tough fight with Collazo, but thats it. Collazo has given lots of good fighters problems. hes a slick fighter. Canelo hasn't been exposed either. he got rocked by the lesser Cotto, but that doesn't mean anything. he didn't even touch the canvas. people are too harsh. until they step up the competition and get destryoed can they be considered hype jobs. like if Berto loses to Ortiz, then berto would be a hype job. same if Canelo loses to Hatton.
Good fight for sure, and I'm 50/50 on it with berto being a "little" more proven he gets a slight edge.
