Sounds a bit of a stretch but thinking about it, Lewis vs Klitschko wasn't hugely anticipated at the time. Klitschko was on the way up and made a name for himself as a result of this fight. That would make Lewis vs Tyson in 2002 the last "big" heavyweight contest to be made. ?
how fitting,steward trianed fighter vs the small powerful fighter who knew how to talk!. except this time both wlad and haye are prime,and not distracted with ****ed up lifestyles Wlad will have manny steward try get him to fight haye like lewis did to tyson,just lean and clinch for the first few rounds,take away hayes speed and energy,then try get the rights,jabs and upercuts in. Haye will expect wlad to be botihersome with the jab,faster than he looks,powerful and dangerous at all times. He will make wlad move and have to hit while chasing,he will make wlad miss,he will counter with explosive 3 punch combinations,and get to the angles to land bombs.
lol,ye,i know,he doesnt do it at all really,but that will be stewards plan. but i expect haye to expect and see everything coming at him from wlad. Haye has the strenght to fight out of a clinch/lean. He also has the speed and reflexes to not allow this to happen much in the first place. Haye will show just how fast he is and how slow every other opponent was v wlad,handspeed and movement is a big factor in this fight. he will easy slip to the right and pop wlad with big right hands. he will paw and stop wlads jab,that stops the right hands,wlad will get flustered and tire out,his energy will be drained from being so anxious from not getting off and being in with a guy he cant pin down who can KO him.
It'll be the biggest hyped heavyweight fight since Tyson-Lewis but I seriously doubt it lives up to the hype. I see it being a very boring tactical fight as no one wants to commit and make a costly mistake. Don't hold your breath on that one... I actually expect it to have the same kind of inaction we saw in the Valuev-Haye fight. I do hope to be proven wrong though.
I'll be a bit disappointed if Haye does a repeat of the Valuev fight. Had he committed a bit more, he could have stopped SNV and I think the same applies to this fight.
I just see Haye waiting for openings all night, not wanting to take chances. I see Klitschko doing what he does all the time, throwing the jab all night while keeping a safe distance and being overly cautious with the right hand, since he knows Haye is waiting to counter that.
I totally agree. Here's hoping Haye is a bit more active. If its close, I dont see Haye being given the decision in Germany.
They both full of ****, not even top 300 of best boxers of all times. They simply don't give a **** about the sport and fans and that's the most important to do.
