Here Wlad says that their stance on the Haye fight is the same as in January .. But the injury is still giving him a prob.:think I for one can buy this, but whatever it does not matter to me any more as long as the Haye fight gets made.... now before you say anything read what Wlad says here http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/news/story?id=6184478
i am happy the Haye fight is on but if you think Klitscko's injury is legit, and was legit before you ****ing stupid.
well the truth of it all is we only have to go on what they say...you could make a case that Wlad did infact get injured in dec and was not healed intime to train fro the Chrisora fight ..that is possible you know:think could be the very reason why the Haye fight is getting made...true or not?
The funny thing about Wlad's injury is, before he pulled out, there was rumours he was looking for an excuse. He found one with the injury and then played golf weeks later. After that, he said his injury had healed and now, somehow, it's not recovered? I doubt he was ever injured.
The camp for the december fight was pretty poor. Manny Steward went to watch Chisora train, panicked as he realised he is a much better fighter than his record suggests and called of the fight as they new the Haye fight could realistically get made. Wlad did 5 days worth of open media training before the Chisora fight, he had one private closed doors session, thats when he got the injury which a Great Britain Olympic physico said "would stop you competing for 6 months minimum" but Wlad was able to fly to america, play golf and begin training for another fight.
Well thats all speculation , but I just wanted to throw out what Wlad was saying himself... so the good thing is the fight looks like its happening:good
He just copies his brother! If negositions are really so hard throw Toney a bone, beat the **** outta him and move towards a competitive fight!
