any Foods/Drinks that boosts metabolism? i just bought some apple cider vinegar recommened by some triathlete but what else can i eat/drink?
Green tea, the loose kind not in bags. At least 3 cups a day for it to be effective. Chillies, so plenty of healthy home made currys and chilli made with lean meat.
Beans ! Other than the foods you eat , you have to eat at the right times etc , like if you eat every two hours something small you will boost your metabolism
They taste much better than the shitty stuff you get in jars aswell, home made chilli is one of my favourite foods
