    This is like Mike Tyson fighting a C level fighter cruiserweight to move up to heavyweight to fight for WBC world title... Only Mike actually fought the world champion that is a natural heavyweight....

    Was a pretty lame kind of match-up, canelos credibility as champion will be gained when he fights a real junior middle of any note. That said I still love canelo and cant wait to watch him fight again.

    Yeah Canelo better defend the belt against someone good, otherwise the WBC shouldn't be counted as a world title. Margarito would maul that kid

    It would have been more legitimate if the wbc simply gave him the belt. 150lb limit for jmw title against a very limited welter and he's in the ring as a smw wtf??
