People are seriously overrating Alvarez. Kirkland is on another level. This is Matthew Hatton we're talking about...Matthew ****** Hatton. He's garbage.

 

James Kirkland sure is overrated as ****! People act as if his mediocre ass is a young Tyson or something!

HOWEVER.... at this point Kirkland would be too much for the ginger IMO.

If we're talking about Kirkland pre jail time then yea he probably stops Hatton late. Like he did Vera...when the ref stepped in...he didn't knock Vera the **** out, and I compare Vera and Hatton because they both have that toughness to never give up.

 

Kirkland is far more ferocious and determined to impose his will. I wouldn't pick a winner between him and Alvarez though... if Canelo can make it past the sixth rd he would probably win it, but that's a BIG if.
