I doubt it. both fighters will want to maximise their income and sharing profit with an undercard fighter is counter productive to that.

Not in this case I presume... The winner (probably Wlad) will be instantly promoted to "Super" chamipon and the "regular" belt will become vacant again. So the WBA can charge 2x the sanctioning money and we will have another paper WBA champion on our hands (WBA wins, the fans lose). If the fight really takes place of course.
