Him winning does give me some sense of pride, but I gotta keep that patriotism in check.

Having been a fan of boxing WAYYY before Pac came in the scene, my nationality dont mean **** in this sport. I call it as I see it.

Are you going to say something actually relevant to my posts? If not, stop quoting them.

You guys have never given credit. Every loss was greeted with an excuse. Every one. Stop talking about my integrity. I think we all know who's integrity is to be questioned here.

there are a lot ogf threads in this site that make a lot of sense, great discussions, and even good back and forth fight predictions but they will be lucky to reach 3 pages. this **** has gone to 17.

to all those who think these fights will happen, shut up until there are actually efforts to make the fights. pac will be fighting jmm in march and after that, then you could discuss future fights but not now. it just does not make sense. even if you end up to be right, it will take years before all those fights could be made.

to the people who don't believe them, kg and the other guys including me, let these guys (pacdbest) be. if you think they don't make sense, we should just try to plead our case to them. i know yall have tried to reason out with them but it is clearly is not working. they belief in this is too strong. let them believe in whatever they believe in. when pbf and dlh officially retire before they fight pac, then we could tell them that they were wrong.

i hope this thread ends soon.

no body questioned your integrity. in fact I voted you with brooklyn as one of the board members in here. you are damn smartposter kg and knows a lot of stuff and that includes acb. but when it comes to pac, it seems there is hatred going on. well, we respect your opinion, but damn saying a pound per pound number 2 wont last 3 rounds?? something is definitely wrong there

kg you have to honor your bet otherwise your integrity will collapse

Believe me, I dont hate Pac. To the contrary, I respect him a great deal.

The reason that my stance on these fights seems fanatical to you is that we are talking about great fighters in divisions that are too high for Pac to be fighting in, thats all.

I favor Pac over Valero, JMM, and David Diaz in and around his weight class. I dont favor him above Guzman or Juan Diaz.

Pac takes too many hits and simply does not have the defense to handle DLH, PBF and likely even Hatton. Why you'd be willing to put your fighter through something like this is beyond me.

His best chances or a prayer win go like this:

Hatton: Hope that Ricky is still not mentally over his first loss and is a bit gun shy. That would make it entertaining. An endless barrage of punches should be enough especially if Hatton doesn't get in the right mind set and over the loss.

DLH: Avoid or parry Oscar's big shots and keep working his body routinely. Slow him down and start throwing punches from all angles. Keep a high rate of fire and go for a desicion win. One or two clean punches from Oscar would drop Manny and he has a tendency to take hits. This is a very tough fight for him to win. A good example on how to beat Oscar would be a blue print of the Mayweather/Corrales fight. Watch how Floyd lets the puncher get off a combo and then jumps into counter while Diego was recovering. Eventually he was able to chop down Corrales. We know Manny has the handspeed but does he have the defense, intelligence, footwork and the patience needed to execute such a game plan? I don't think so.

PBF: Manny would be make to look a fool. Floyd's defense would demoralize him, force Manny to get wild and now Floyd's counters would knock him silly.

filipinos tend to get emotional in dealing with pac and sometimes it get sthe better of some. we have never had a boxer we could mention in the same breath as dlh and pbf, now we have and some of us are overdoing it. saying they are on the same big time league does not necessarily mean pac could beat them all.

i'm currently working on an article about pac's positive and negative effects in philippine boxing. i'll submit it to the site, but if they don't publish it, i'll post it over here. i hope you guys get to read it when it's done
