Any good fighter should be able to time Foreman as he jumps in and out like a little scared rabbit just like Cotto did. Canelo will walk him down just like Cotto did.

I think your right about this happening next. They will keep putting Alvarez in against light punchers. I think Alvarez win a UD.

 

I agree this fight might not be made since Yuri is with Arum, but he would be a ideal and legit opponent for Canelo. If not i say he should take on Vanes who like Yuri is legit but beateable.

Unless Canelo can somehow get a 1 fight release from GB, Arum isn't likely to do a cross promotion with them.

 

This horrible feud is messing up so many potentially great fights for both prospects and already established names.

This fight would be a great match to see how Yuri deals with a younger and stronger but less experienced fighter, and how Alvarez deals with the movement. I'd favor Alvarez but it would be good to see.

i think dlh puts him in first with bundrage.

foreman had a torn acl going into the cotto fight. also, foreman has beat daniel santos, a tough out for anyone. and team paq did not want to fight foreman.

foreman fights next weekend at -210 and he should prevail. against alvarez i believe its even money as canelo does not have the power to ko foreman.

i think foreman wins a decision at 154. he beat santos. there is nobody even at half the level of santos on alvarez's record.

 

I think the more interesting fight is Alvarez vs. Chavez Jr. if Jr. can still make 154. Top Rank vs. Golden Boy young Mexican prospects.

 

They wont match canelo with foreman yet. He isnt ready to deal with yuris footwork. Ever since the larry mosley fight canelos opposition was a stepdown. After his unimpressive showing lastnight, i dont know what corse they are gonna dig up for him next. They wont touch yuri foreman though.
