Canelo is already on record as being the youngest Lt middle in history(you can disagree with the circumstances but it's as legit as Pac being an 8 divi. title holder) so his future is not looking too grim right now.

 

Khan will IMO, Alvarez can be great but he badly needs some finess lessons, any brute at 154 beats him up right now, isn't that David lemeux at 154? He'd ko canello right now. Juanma is cool, but I need to see him tested

Being a draw doesn't mean anything. He's mexican and mexican boxers usually have a huge fan base. He is pretty good but let's see him against some of the top dogs at 154 first to see where he's at.

Right now khan and lopez are way ahead of him in any rankings.

no i didn't miss it. Lopez and khan have already proven they are legit champions. Canelo on the other hand hasn't beat anyone special. Hatton is only known because of his brother.

 

Once again, the thread title asks "In 20 years..." Canelo at 20 has already accomplished more than Khan and Juanma did at that age. So your baseless dismissal of Alvarez just sounds ridiculous.
