He would probably rule. He wont have trinidad to ruin him. Alvarez and Berto are lucky most boxers at 146 and 154 are on their way out.

Yes and no. With Vargas he and everyone knew he was going up against a beast of a puncher and was testing himself. Ortiz on the other hand went up against a sacrificial lamb that hewas supposed to beat that ended up not being such a lamb.

I think Fernando Vargas would be regarded as the number one Junior Middleweight, whether he would have what it takes to clean the division out...I think he would, but its not a certainty in my eyes.

How good was he? He took Trinidad to hell and back at Tito's best weight.

What does he do at 154 today? Brutalize everyone in the division outside of Martinez, who he probably fights to a close decision going either way.

Well lets put it like this, he beat Quartey, who I believe beat ODLH and Vernon Forrest.

Good until Vargas gets inside and P-Dub gets KTFO.

If we reach and call Pacquiao a junior middleweight, I think Nando loses that one. The difference in footspeed would give Manny a pretty huge edge, I don't know that Fernando would get the chance to use his edges in weight and strength.
