That was a while ago. There have been a fair few British European title fights on the continent in the last 2 or 3 years that Sky have ignored. Very, very unlikely they show it.

could be some interesting match ups after this fight. casey has promised martinez a shot at thw WBA title if he beats rigondeaux, it's unlikely he'll beat rigondeaux but there's a chance that casey will fight martinez for the EBU belt if he looses, they had been scheduled to fight each other before casey got the wba shot.

carl frampton is also another possible fight for the winner.

Casey will need to have a tune up fight because I don't think you can fight for an EBU immediately after losing in a world title fight. Something along those lines anyway.

Casey will have to wait...If Kiko wins, he will defend against Cespedes or Karim Quibir, this is the cause of Rimer Box take the fight to Madrid. Brian Peters forced Kiko to leave vacant the belt ( in cause of injury he doesn´t have to left vacant the title), and promised Kiko to fight with the winner of Casey-Hyland. Then Casey left the title to fight with Rigondeaux:?, and Kiko has to fight with another fighter (totally different of Casey) to reconquist his old title. Casey don't deserve an oportunity yet, also around the title are a few boxers, Munroe,Bedak, Parodi...

That's fair enough, I don't blame Casey for taking the World Title opportunity. It was rough on Kiko but he'd be a fool to pass up the opportunity. Likewise I don't blame Kiko for taking that route also.
