Is JMM a come forward fighter? Hell no. What happened when floyd tried counterpunching judah - he got sat on his ass and lost the first 3/4 rounds (all before roger was pleading with him to make super fight backwards). Nah, Judah by KO and a brutal one.

Also, Judah has some serious momentum going on right now. Do not underestimate this.

I'm definitely underestimating him right now.. He almost got KO'd by Matthysse and Mabuza was starting to give him problems until that uppercut.. Marquez is a whole different ballpark for Judah..

Even though I think the fight with Floyd was a mistake, it was good for JMM in a way to fight at a higher weight. Instead of testing the waters, he just didn't give a **** and went into the deepest waters. Being that JMM did look like a featherweight fighting a welterweight, I think his body has filled up a bit and he's now being more accustomed to the 135-140 divisions. He is getting up there in age and has slowed down, but so has Judah. Depending what version of Judah we might get, Judah would have many physical advantages over Marquez to begin and a good fight plan for Judah, like starting fast like the old Judah and then the second half of the fight using that newer, slicker defensive style ala Whitaker would work best vs. JMM. You give JMM time to figure you out, once he does, he will break you down. He probably could or couldn't figure out the Floyd puzzle, that he couldn't compete with him physically is a different subject. Judah in the past could compete with Floyd physically, but not mentally. IMO Judah-Marquez has classic written all over it, but I think JMM in the end will fall to Pacman's conditions and a final fight MAY happen at a weight to heavy for JMM to compete successfully in. If Pacman does really give JMM the other cheek, JMM, Judah, Rios, Bradley, Alexander, Khan, Ortiz, and Maidana can all make beautiful music together and with the exception of Khan or Bradley can forget about fighting Pacman or Floyd. Unless it's for a huge payday I don't think neither really want to take on real challenges anymore. It's becoming too dangerous for Manny and Floyd they should learn from Sergio and Nonito.

That's kinda how I'm feeling on this one.

Obviously, Judah will probably make the most $ fighting Marquez, as the name value is there.

But I don't want to see JMM fight at a weight the doesn't suit him as much as anything north of lw would again.

And I want Zab to keep his current solid streak going, against serious contenders, that are his weight.

Zab wants big fights? Then he needs to try a unification fight with who ever WIN on the Bradley/Khan tussel.

I don't think JMM would want this fight for now because he has a promotional issue.

Zab was able to hang with a much bigger and much stronger Cotto for almost the entire fight. How can some people think an old and lesser in power Marquez will be able to take down Judah before ten? Its impossible, plus Judah is not Katsidis or Diaz.. Zab might be the one knocking out Marquez.

Preach! Marquez has no chance and its not even close! Is Marquez gonna outbox the same judah with faster hands, feet and reflexes?
Is Marquez gonna out box the judah who out boxed mayweather/spinks? 2 of the best pure boxers of this generation, the same mayweather that made maquez's boxing skills look like they belong in a middle school's locker room slap boxing contest!
Or maybe u think he will not judah out? lol bad news is marquez doesn't have tyszue like one punch knock out power!(But Zab Does) Nor does he posses the crunching body combinations of a prime cotto who had to uppercut judah in the nuts 3 times to keep from getting knocked the **** out!
Bottom-line Marquez Has No Advantages Nor Strengths In This Fight Except This Magical Recovery Ability I Read About In Every Post.It Wont Matter,He'll Get Up To Get Knocked Back Down He Has No Power To Keep Judah at Bay So U Know What That Means. Few Jabs,Few Combos,Faint Then Shoulder Roll Left Uppercut. And Lights Go Out For Marquez.
