What a ****ing ****** you are, the guy couldn't make 134lbs (at the first time of asking <for you) if he wasn't having problems making weight he wouldn't have needed two attempts to make 134lbs. How is it that a fighter moving up in wieght could be drained? ****s knows it's not the norm but it sure did happen to Erik Morales so stop trying to deny it, the game is up.
Dude, it was 1/4 of a pound. HAHA.. you act like it was a full pound or two. Do you realize how easy you can drop 4 ounces, even if only temporarily? Again: How does a fighter end up "weight drained" if he is fighting at the "HIGHEST WEIGHT HE HAS EVER FOUGHT AT?" So if he was weight drained at 134... what was he when Pacquiao fought him the last two times? A corpse?
i CANT EVEN RESPOND TO SUCH STUPIDITY LOL. MrJotat understood he was embarrassed and schooled that's why he ran AWAY BOY
I'm glad you're accepting he couldn't make 134lbs, a career high weight so why would he weigh in over it? You should go and ask him yourself :deal
You still haven't answered the question: "How does a fighter end up weight drained, when he is fighting at the highest weight he had ever fought at?"
Morales made the weight of 134, and the fight went on. You really need to learn the rules. Again: How was Morales "weight drained" for his fight, when that was the heaviest he had ever fought at in his career? Your comment was bull****, just admit it.
That's his fight against Barrera you idiot. About 3 years BEFORE his fight with Raheem. You are a moron dude, seriously. How is a fighter "weight drained" when they fight at the highest weight they have ever fought at in their career? I guess Roy Jones Jr. was "weight drained" at heavyweight huh? Wait wait wait... Oscar was weight drained at middleweight as well. Sugar Ray Leonard was weight drained at light heavyweight as well.
It might have been Arum who brought in Floyd Sr but Erik did work with him for a few fights. SR was never the lead in the corner of course. From what I understand Floyd Sr was teaching Morales the shoulder roll defense using little Floyd to demonstrate. Morales said "I can still hit him while he's doing that" little Floyd didn't like that so they got in the ring to spar. Morales feinted with a couple punches and caught PBF a few times and a pissed off little Floyd jumped out the ring and said something like "This is bull**** I ain't sparring him". Little Floyd probably didn't like that fact that Morales might be an opponent down the line since Floyd was at 130 and Morales at 126. This was pretty big news on the message boards around 2000-2001. I think even fightnews reported it. You welcome bitches.
How many more people do you need to spell it out for you kid? You obviously didnt follow boxing back then so just take notes. Yes Morales last fight was at SFW against Pac but even then he said he couldnt make the weight class. I think its more a matter of him getting older and not training properly after the Pac fight. He was at an all time high, past it and Raheem was no one so he took him lightly. Now shut the **** up when grown men are talking!!!!
Do you know how hard it is to lose ANY weight when you have 6-7% bodyfat??? Back in high school i used to wrestle and my body fat was 6.5% Losing any weight meant working out 4-5 hours a day while eating very minimal amounts of food. Food gives you energy for the workout so when you eat an apple a day and diet food which never seems to give you enough energy and work out 4-5 hours intensely you do not feel very good. Obviously you are a couch potato who has probably never experienced this so its easy for you to say its not hard to lose weight and yea its not hard to lose a few pounds when you have a typical body fat percentage which is around 12-16%. Unless you are in the US its prolly like 20%...
