Teddy atlas on alexander povetkin

    a friend of mine recently spoke with teddy atlas. Atlas had this to say about alexander povetkin "he is kind of stiff, and he is chinny"
    my friend is not a major boxing fan he just said to teddy that he heard he is still training fighters (which i told him) and teddy had that to offer about povetkin. Take it for what it is but the source is definitely reliable.

    There was a interview with Teddy on here, where he talked all kinds of **** about the promoter of Povetkin. I mean he really let loose. I doubt he will still be training this guy after that.

    So, hearing this doesn't surprise me at all.

    teddy "i can't predict a fight unless i am wrong" atlas. Teddy "i complain about all my fighters i train" atlas. Teddy "i'm bored with trainin so i do my friday night fights gig" atlas.

    I like his color commentary but he is just really a big negativity factor when you think about it.

    That´s the way for a trainer to pep your fighter/ comment your ex-fighter. Way to go Teddy!

    Its not worth much. Povetkin showed a very good chin in the amateurs and as a professional.
