Yeh, basically he fought an undefeated southpaw with an excellent technical skill level using his jab all the rounds loosing like one round? It looked soft of RJJ when he was still on top. ****ing awesome fighter that Martinez is. He beats anybody right now.
It reminds me of Froch's jab. Comes from down at his waist and penetrates the guard. Love how he mixes it up between body and head in an instant.:deal
I like that people recognize the punch. Maravilla reminds me of Calzaghe where his open style and risk taking pretty much hid a simply amazing jab. Ward obviously never bothered fighting Kessler outside, but Mikkel had one of the best jabs at the time, and Joe outjabbed him on the move which was equally shocking to see. Martinez' jab would be a major weapon against Floyd.
