Heh, don't matter ... personally I think he should keep the poundage. Will help to absorb the punches. Haye has a better chance with Wlad, than Solis does with Vitali ... just saying. :)

No way, not for a heavy thats trying to make some noise. I say at least 235ish. Least he's taking this fight seriously.

    Whats his height?

    Solis is listed at 6'1, but I think he's actually around 5'11 - 6'0.

Anut mate, 242lbs is still too heavy for Solis, he should be 225-230lbs max.

I know it's hard to tell with that big coat Solis was wearing, but judging from these pics, it doesn't look like Solis could be a great deal lower than his weight against Welliver, 253. I'm expecting 247-253. Whatever he weighs, at least it appears he did lose some weight from the Austin fight.

If the guy comes in under 245,Ill know that he has trained.

He is a naturally very muscular, big guy.

Hes like Sam Peter. Guys like them would have to starve themselves and train like maniacs to get down to 220 ish.

The lowest hes weighed in his professional career is 247. His highest is over 270.

If he comes in at a career low, then we know he has trained hard.
