Of the 40+ who voted for Floyd. I just have to laugh because if you ask them to list their top 5 p4p.

    Guess where Mayweather is?

P4P is based on accomplishments, no one uses it as a head to head match up anymore.

this is incorrect. it was Floyd who said Cotto was too green. I can't remember which fight, but in a post fight interview, merchant asked floyd if he would fight cotto and floyd said cotto was too green. no one in cotto's side ever said that.

Floyd was with Arum at that time. Arum and Floyd both said it.

    it IS rjj...

& anyone who disagrees either doesn't understand the phrase "cherrypicker" or hasn't been following boxing longer than 5 minutes.

Pac, Calzaghe. Mayweather's only cherry pick was Marquez coming off a 2 year layoff.

The ONLY way you could try to make a case for Mayweather is if you are talking ratio to their talent, in which case you would be acknowledging that Mayweather is greater than the other choices. His W/L weighted with his opposition is among the best in boxing history, as an undefeated 3 year Ring P4P #1. (no, I don't rank Mayweather in my top 20 all time)

This site is straight ridiculous half the time...

    you're right about that.
but don't fall into the trap of defending him because of his 'titles' - that's what calzaghe fans do because they ahve nowhere else to go.

floyd still played the same game calzaghe did, but he did it on the world stage so he couldn't bull**** fight-starved brits.

    but he's still guilty
