If Paul goes on a two-fight win streak (or more) vs some solid Comp....people will be YELLING for Martinez vs Williams III. If Paul fights and wins big versus Ryan Rhodes, Wolak, Andy Lee....Next Summer 2012...People will be screaming for this fight!!!!
Martinez is up 2 - 0 in my eyes so I see no need for a 3rd. He's already proven to me that he's clearly the superior fighter.
Martinez has never dominated wiliams. THe first was a MD win for Williams that could have gone either way and was only contreversial cos of one of the score cards scored it to wide. The 2nd one was also heading in the same direct. It was looking a 50/50 fight till the KO. It was a one punch KO that happen sometimes in boxing.
Sergio would KO that Clown before 8. Martinez came with short notice in first Fight and won it and in the second fight show that clown where the closet stands.:smoke
I bet you are an alternate for that guy that was a hardcore PW fan. YEa i remember you. You seem to disappear everytime PW has a bad fight. That KO probably sent you into a depression and finally made it back. I remember you did score the first fight 8-4 for PW. You even made a long as thread explaining why. I got 2 words for you. Kermit Cintron. YEs even Kermit Cintron was whooping up on your fighter. I dont know how it gets any worse for any fighter when la Puta is used to insult your fighter....
You cant honestly say that the 2nd fight was even. PW was throwing alot but MArtinez was landing the harder cleaner punches. Is it just me or does everyone basically agree with the networks. HBO was pissing me off that night with their commentating. They kept riding PW and making it seem like he was winning. Go back and watch the fight with no audio.
Sergio was landing that left all through out the first round in their second fight. Looks like Manny Stewards having Paul's nuts deep down his mouth has influenced some people here. Martinez won the first round and knocked Williams out to another dimension in the second.
Not on the cards, at least in Martinez's mind. I interviewed him earlier in the month and asked him. He said based on how brutal the last knockout was, he has no interest. Reminds me of the Williams-Quintana II.
Wouldnt surprise me one bit if HBO's trying to push this! Afterall Williams is/was their pet project. That said, Not interested.
Has there ever been a case like that. Where the guy gets KOd and just dies right there. I know there has been where they get hospitalized and eventually die. I just dont think i have heard of dying right there on the spot.
:roflONE Word 4 you: Q-U-I-N-T-A-N-A... How does it feel to be such a .... forget it.... nice that fans like u get to see how it feels when Li'l Paulie didn't need to give Carlos a rubbermatch because he redeemed himself in the second fight. CLOWNS!! BTW, Quintana CLEARLY won their 1st fight, no q's asked.... Again.... CLOWNS!:yep :nutSURE Darryl, everybody will be yelling 4 this fight to happen.... R u unf****ing delusional?? NOBODY wants to see this fight except 4 a couple unreal fans like you that won't let go the fact that Sergio is li'l Paul's daddy... this fight has as much appeal as a rematch between Tyson-Lewis, Trinidad-Hopkins, or Leonard-Duran @ this time... you choose!! Williams would have to beat Darth Vader, Spiderman, AND Captain America, back to back, the same night, for this fight to have an appeal!! R U F****ng serious?? So from now on, a well timed, jaw-cracking, beautifully executed punch that knocks your opponent out is not deserving of a full recognized win but an automatic rematch 4 the loser... Ppl like you are disrespecting Martinez, and not only him but his fans and the sport as a whole.. Go watch MMA, WWE.... or maybe Polo? I heard P****tan & India have a fierce rivalry going on in that sport! Again.. CLOWNS!! :smooch
