Erislandy Lara fighting Carlos Molina march 25th

not to hyped 4 this one. i could care less.

 

booo.. could have been a better fight.. thought he was in talks to fight Bundrage?

 

What about K9?? This guy needs to stop fighting bums. It is gonna slow down his process. OOr at least put him in against bums with good chins and can pressure him.

 

I'm surprised people are so down on this fight.I've seen Molina on ESPN a few times an he's a decent fighter, and maybe the best guy Lara has faced as a pro. I don't think he will beat Lara but its not a bad fight for ESPN. Its good to see Lara off to an active start this year.

 

He has to keep busy, he has say it before that he will fight any one in his weight class, why he is not fighting K9? I don't know but I will go on a limb here and said is not his fault. Carlos Molina is 14-0 so just because he doesn't have a name it doesn't meant he is a bum.

Nothing happened. Lara is taking the tune-up regardless if it's get made or not.

 

So he wants to fight now regardless

 

I think is time for lara to step up and go after a belt, now is the time because if he waits too long. Some young fighters are going to get belts and not give him a chance to fight for one.

Example is alvarez i dont see him giving lara a chance for his belt now that he has it, at least not for a while. Lara could go after the WBO which is vacant i think. Cotto wont fight him cause at this point in his career he is after big fights. The IBF belt is held by bundrage which i dont know nothing about but he's 37 so i guess he's not that good if he's an unknown even though he has a belt.

A lot of young talent at the division right now if he gets a belt he can start building up for future mega fights with the other young fighters in the division. He is 27 now he needs to start making money or it'll be too late unless he does like martinez where all his big fights came after 30yrs old.

Carlos Molina is not a bum first of all....He earned the NABO title in 2009 the same one that Vanes got gifted after Molina became inactive....Except Molina actually won the fight that got him the title....He was also rated in the top ten of the WBO and got there on all short notice fights. So if you think Molina is a bum you must prefer fighters who have there asses powdered by there managers and promoters....Molina is straight from the old school doing everything the hard way...But I don't expect to change any minds, or for you to appreciate the small accomplishments of this gritty fighter....Watch the fight yourself on March 25th and let the fight do the talking.

 

For most haters if you don't fight a name (c Pac vs mosley) you r fighting a bum even if they don't know the guy, just like Gamboa vs Barros, now Barros had picked a belt and is fighting Caballeros, but back then he was a bum, you just can't please everybody.

 

I'm not understanding why people are down on Lara for taking this fight. Like other's have said Molina is not a bum. He hasn't lost a fight in 4 years and beat some decent oppisition like Danny Perez and Ed Parades. He's tough chinned and he always comes to fight, and is not a bum. Lara better come to fight.

 

Pac, Klits, Fraud and Donaire are the $hit, all the others are bum, that is haters way.
