Just rethink... the same reason you think he’ll beat Floyd Mayweather.

He COULD beat Manny yes, just dont know whether he will.

Manny is going to want to establish a rhythm, and whilst its Boxing match, a slower pace, Manny's youth, foot-speed, is probably going to cause Mosley problems, which is why Mosley might want to start fast and try to hurt him before he can establish that rhythm, cause if Mosley can hurt him, whether he knocks him out in that period or not, he will of disrupted Manny's rhythm, made him deviate from his game plan, then it will be a case of whether he can get back to his Boxing, into his rhythm, or whether he starts fighting Mosley's fight etc.

First thing Mosley has to do though, is get Manny out of the middle of the ring, his speed advantage is going to be a major factor in the middle of the ring.

    Size and styles favor Mosley.

Mosley has both the hands speed and the power to seriously hurt anyone including Pacquiao so, in that sense, Mosley definitely has a puncher's chance.

Could he do it? Yes. Is it likely at this point in Shane's career? Hell no.

Pacquiao does have a style that fits Mosley somewhat, because Mosley will always, always, always do better against a come forward fighter than a mover or defensive specialist. And Mosley has speed, power, an iron chin and as much heart as you could ask for in a fighter.

At this point though, what Mosley has is a puncher's chance. Which is a real chance, but not much of one.

Mosley's corner or the ref might save him, but I doubt he'll ever quit in a fight. If he didn't quit in the first Forrest fight when Forrest beat him silly and dug in with body shots while Shane had a hernia, it's not going to happen.

I don't think he'll manage it but I give Shane a chance because:

    1. He's the fastest opponent Pacs faced since Marquez
    2. Stylistically Pacquaio comes straight at you so isn't as hard to hit as Mayweather or Mora and Mosley won't have to go looking for him
    3. Pac is susceptable to right hands, Mosley has the best right hand hes faced since Marquez
    4. Mosley is the biggest hitter Pacs faced
    5. Mosley is the second tallest/longest fighter Pac has faced and better than the longer Margartio, Pac doesn't look as good punching upwards
    6. Mosley is allot stronger than Pac and should impose his strength
    7. Mosley can hurt Pac to the body
    8. Mosley looked better against Margarito than Pacquaio did
    9. Mosley's great chin means Pac probably can't hurt him like he did to Cotto/Hatton
    10. Mosley is more skillful than Margarito/Hatton
BUT BUT BUT Mosleys legs are probably gone, he has an open defense, his reactions arent what they were, he hasnt got the stamina. I lean towards Pac

Are you guys paid by Arum or just that much of a ******* that you want to hype up Mosley as being a threat? Mosley has ZERO chance. Did you see how bad Mosley looked against Mayweather and MORA? If Pac is anywhere near the level of Floyd, why is this fight even on? The outcome is known. Easy KO, another typical Pac fight against a fading fighter.

    This is a reasonable argument.

Styles (Among other things) make fights. Ali goes life and death with Frazier, losing once. Foreman annihilates Frazier. Ali KOs Foreman. It happens. Or for a more recent version, Cotto outboxes Mosley, Margarito overwhelms Cotto, Mosley blasts Margarito.

He is on the good drugs and will probably beat pacquiao.
This is the first fight in which both fighters will fight on even terms (ped use) and i look forward to mosely upseting pacquiao because then people will really start questioning his so called fountain of youth training (ilgrf).

I got $1000 on mosely any takers??? Peace!!
