***Official Groves v Degale Build-up Thread*** Who's getting KTFO?

Man, I wish he had off finished that sentence off, he kinda stop himself halfway. Nelson's nuthugging of Degale the other week affected him more than anything Degale said to him.

 

Nelson was out of order imo, Groves had that convo on lock down but felt compelled to get a bit defensive toward the end cause he knew he had to deal with De Gale and Nelson, and Nelson only came off with that, cause he's on record as picking De Gale, he tried to come with his, yeah but lets look at who's improved since then, which was kind of a backhanded comment to say, De Gale is ahead of you and I think he'll win because it.

Exactly, Jim McDonell coming out with shite like "a fighter like DeGale comes around every 20 years" won't do DeGale any favours because his ego does get inflated quite easily and is huge as it is. Booth would keep Groves far more grounded. It should be a great fight.

 

I couldnt give a **** about Cleverly's title fight, it hasnt got a 1/10th of the interest of Groves-Degale.

 

Nice that they showed the Martinez highlights, I hadn't seen any of it. Hope they make a habit of showing highlights of the big US fights they dont show

Actually I think DeGale has the psychological upper hand. DeGale doesn't seem to really give a **** about Groves whereas Groves had clearly prepared himself for the interview. Groves seems pretty delusional and seems to think he's David Haye. But he ain't.

Also, if Groves is going to wear a shirt and tie...he should at least buy a decent combo. He looks a right plum.

DeGale's really, really thick.

He tries to be a trash talker, but he's too stupid to carry it off.

Who can forget that ring entrance with that MC singing "chunky funky dunky let me suck ur munky" (or whatever it was). Degale has no class whatsoever.
