For all of you that want to see Cotto vs Mayweather

HBO's influence can make a difference, but I think they'll push for the fight regardless of what a website poll says.

It will happen. Cotto will lose but Floyd may not look so invincible

 

Pavlik vs. Calzag is the lowest %? After Cotto vs Mayweather that would be a better fight than the rest of the list, thats if Pav beats Taylor again.

 

I don't think Floyd has looked so invincible lately anyway, particularly against Zab and De La Hoya.

Unbeatable is a crock anyway. No fighter is invincible or unbeatable. Those who never lost or only lost past their prime....well things could've easily been different with different situations (eras, judges, refs, etc...)

Floyd would play with Cotto, to fast, to good a boxer, to much reach, to smart, and would counter and spin move Cotto all night long, Cotto is to predictable and would be stopped late..

There's not 1 not 1! advantage Cotto would have over Floyd :deal

cotto may come into the fight at 160 but floyd will tap that ass if cotto ever gets in the ring with him. I don't think cotto can beat margarito so I am not worried about a cotto vs floyd fight happening anytime soon. floyd deserves a rest AND IF COTTO IS STILL ON TOP AFTER 2 YEARS THEN THEY WILL FIGHT:deal

 

Umm, Floyd has a longer reach, is taller, and has a better chin. The only one that you mentioned that Cotto might have an advantage is strength.

Certainly it's a fight I'd love to watch, I have no illusions about how it would end. Cotto would wind up on the mat or on the losing end of a near shutout UD.
