When you compare floyd only having had one fight in the same time Martinez has had 4 or 5, it's justified moving him down. His win over Mosley was great, but it's not enough to compensate for his inactivity.

If he doesn't get a fight scheduled soon he shouldn't be in the p4p rankings. It is insulting to those who are on the list fighting. Their fighting but he is ranked higher.

 

when we hit the one year mark from mosley fight, if he doesn't have anything announced he should be dropped off the list until he fights again.

If you haven't fought in ages, have no urge to fight, have no scheduled fights, are not in discussions for future fights..... then you are not a boxer.
