"Prizefighters" new 2k sports game

The PS2 game was Kings of the Ring and they where Fight Night before Figvht Night. This game will suck. Fight Night Round 4 will be out in 08 and it should be great considering they didnt release it last year because they wanted it to be the best boxing game ever.

it was slow predicatable and had the feel of a wrestling game.

great selection of charecters but it was very hard to be slick and a boxer or a fast wild swinging puncher you could only be the lennox lewis type fighter...it was a shame becuase it's line up was pretty good

it's main downful was it was full of bugz and dodgy animation...I.E punches goign through targets without reaction or being able to hit your opponant fomr liek a mile away without your punch landing yet it smacked there head back.

 

That's a good idea. I remember that with Fight Night, there'd be "recipe's" of how to make a character that looked identical to a particular boxer (known as "cabs", as I recall) floating around the net that you could just copy.

 

ill try any boxing game out. I love fight night and i feel guilty complaining but i wish you could fight at mgm or any vegas venue. And I would love to have a bigger roster, i know it doesnt work out with copyrighting and all but i like to make matchups before they happen like mayweather hatton and all that. Iv created some good fighters too, the best one iv made is ishe smith he is hella easy to create, i created a bunch of contender guys haha

 

What's more, I really hope that the current influx of games, slow as it is, is an indication that this sport we hardcore fans love so much is gaining widespread casual popularity again.
