he has a leg brace and a bad acl.

why was he jumping around during the intros and using movement when the fight started? Solis simply has no Chin and no Heart this is damage control.

If Solis was hiding an injury should he be fined? I just cant see him taking a fight of this magnitude and this much money in the line knowing that there was a good chance he wasnt physically ready and there not being some kind of reprecution. I feel bad for the fans that payed to see a fight and instead payed Solis to show up for 3 minutes. If he was legitimately kod and I think he was, then fine, but if there is truth to what they are saying then they totally took agdvantage of the fans and people who invested to see a fight.

If this is true then he should have his purse completely stripped for not revealing the injury. He should have been free to fight on, but for those who paid money to bookies across the globe, he robbed them.

If a fighter wants to fight injured, fine. But it has to be revealed prefight or he loses his purse, and must repay all those who lost money on his ass.

manny pacquiao was better in making up excuses.

Could it be that injury was to his brain? That would explain a lot.

This thread doesn't claim any knee injury. I've just produced an idea what that injury might be to explain jumping of an injured boxer before the fight, maybe it is wrong, but it fits Piye's claim.

Despite being injured beforehand he still went on to win the event, how heroic! This new information could have serious repercussions for EVT P4P lists

Knee injurys are nightmare to predict.

Once you have done a knee they are normally weak and prone to injuries. Look at the number of footballers whose knees are okayed to play football again after an injury who go on to suffer the same injury again. These are 10m pound players. It is an educated guess by an expert not a certainty.

It is like trying to guess a boxer who has been koed will not be koed again.

It will be impossible to prove team Solis were at fault. If Solis has fought on the knee since the original injury they are in the clear anyway.

Think of it this way, Solis had a weak knee, which might never go again or might happen next week.

IF this is true, they certianly ought to withhold his money.

But this story was probably made up for damage control, which is most likely the case, in my opinion, as Rico S. said, too.

I bet that manager of his was brainstorming, trying to pick the best story to tell, in order to increase his chances of another big payday.

(Oner to Solis in hospital room)

*Hey, Odlanier, didn't Lewis and the other commentators imply you might have already had an injury? BRILLIANT! Let's go with that.........maybe that'll get us a rematch and even mo' money!"
