Size is a non issue. It's that Martinez is on fire and would have the best set of skills that either Mayweather or Pacq would have faced in a while. The man wants to be best p4p and he has to call out 2 Smaller guys, that are right above him in most p4p ranking. Him calling out Donaire would be dumb. Calling out Pac and MM is fine who have already won 154 titles.
