Seemed like a good punch that landed though.

Thought he was very classy and humble in his interview. Can't remember if he was a twat after earlier fights or not. Suppose a lot of the hate on here comes from the fact that they wear their Englishness on their sleeves. Not allowed. Fine for every other nationality of course.

When did Darke come back to Sky?

Not really sure why people dont like the Walsh brothers, seem good Norfolk lads to me.

I thought the commentary was alright, typical Sky and I think they were critical of Liam because despite the ridiculous score cards it was a close fight and I think they expected Liam to breeze past Kays. I was very impressed by Kays and I enjoyed every minute of the fight, made me laugh on the first knock down that Kays trainer was yelling I didn't come here for you to embarrass yourself.

He fought a good fight I thought but the finish looked weird, it looked like he tried to jump up at the last second but mistimed it, I dunno he didn't seem to complain about it though so I guess he was quitting? Either way it was a really enjoyable fight and the two knock downs were well executed but Liam looked beatable, at least right now, I actually thought he timed Kays better out of south paw than he did orthodox also.

close friend of jon's and he told me that after the fight the 3 brothers were all nice lads. who all tried to get in his head at the weigh in saying things to him at the scales and stuff but were very appologetic after the fight about it all. but as jon said its all part n parcel of the game and that they were nice lads after the fight

Disagree with everything you say. He put together allot of good combos, his footwork and defence are decent, obviously need work but its good. He needs to work on his stanima i think when you look back to the ringside show they did and you saw there diet you can see theres an issue.

If I were Warren and Powell I would get him away from his brothers and send him on an 8 week sparring trip around the country.

2 weeks in Billy Nelsons gym sparring Burns & Simpson.
2 weeks in Gallaghers gym sparring Murray, Crolla, Mark Heffron, Stephen Smith.
2 weeks in Arnies gym sparring Gavin, Ronnie Heffron etc
2 weeks in the TKO sparring Mitchell, Evangelou, Saunders

this will do him the world of good.

I saw it the same way, TFFP.

I was massively underwhelmed by the performance.
