If Pacquiao had agreed to random testing They would have already fought.

At the end of the day everyone slating Floyd for what isn't known about negotiations just wants to believe the worst of him and will look for any evidence to slate him. The only time they take Roger or Floyd Srs word as gospel is when its something negative about Floyd, the rest of the time they're unreliable sources but when it comes to something that maybe negative it gets jumped on. If someone accuses Floyd of something, he's automatically guilty. Anythin Arum says about Floyd is automatically the truth

I acknowledge the first negotiations fell apart due to both Pac/Arum, from the point where they said ok to testing.

SINCE then however it's all been Floyd.

What so they can mix genes and make some super fighter 2 generations down and have him fight pac when he's prime at 50, and thus Floyd became GOAT.

and Ellerbe would be the host mother

Well, Arum did say a few weeks ago that Floyd was demanding $100 mill. So yes, not the ideal person you’d want to trust. But now we have Uncle Roger – as deluded as he is – actually confirming Arum’s claims; thus suggesting there is some truth to these ridiculously high demands.

Anyway, in response to the thread-starter.....if Floyd didn’t insist on his fake ‘I’m cleaning up the sport’ act, the fight would have happened by now. It's bigger than it’s ever going to be, and there’s no need to delay it further. There are only two possible reasons I can think of why this is happening:

    • Floyd has little desire in coming back and risking his precious ‘O’
    • Floyd is waiting for Pac to deteriorate a little more. There are only so many Margarito type wars Pac can put himself in, and Mosley’s not the ideal person to continue this habit with.

Do you know what the hell your talking about? He brought in Forbes so people wont use him to emulate floyds style. Apparently he can imitate floyds style better than anyone. Enjoy the vacation? You know im talking about the first negotiations right?

I never saw Arum make that claim, I heard a Pinoy reporter guess at 100million and Uncle Bob agreed  By the looks of it Floyd uses Roger as a trainer but rarely talks to him as Roger is usually off on what he predicts about Mayweather, he was off about when he'd fight next after Hatton for instance

Floyd has been semi-retired and was willing to make the fight 14months ago, Arum/Pacquaio walked, after that all we have is heresay. A report was made that Pacquaio's lawyers asked if any official positive test could be hushed up for a fine, if thats true its no wonder 100% OSD is being demanded

Either way it is NOT in Bob Arum's interests to make this fight, he stands to make far more money having Pacquaio as the P4P no1 cash cow against in house fighters as he gets to tax both opponents purses, if Pacquaio loses to Floyd his value as a P4P attraction goes down

Go to the hype and you'll see the whole interview. Arum stated that he and Don King were secretely trying to make the fight happen, and even had invitations to host it in other countries, but Floyd demanded $100million dollars and that pretty much ended any hopes of the fight happening.

As for what the TS said about Pac just agreeing. If it was the norm to ask opponents for extra testing, then I can somewhat agree. Fact is, Floyd fought 40 opponents without it and when it came to Pac, he put up 101 hurdles and continuously moved the goal post back further and further from ever making this fight a reality.

Pac is a so-called one dimensional Philipino club fighting midget with no skills and that has beat up on nothing but old shop worn fighters and has been KO'd twice........Yet what he's doing is remarkable and I want him thoroughly tested! :patsch

the problem with those who thinks arum doesn't want this fight to happen, floyd could anytime call his bluff and answer him that he wants to fight pacquiao. but instead, he went on vacation and tell everyone in front of the camera that he has no urge to fight. asking for ridiculous amount of money would not even help floyd's case that he wants this fight to happen.

And the source is Bob 'yesterday I lied to you today I'm telling the truth' Arum, he's a bad source, he didn't say 'he asked for 100million', the interviewer guessed 100million and Arum nodded his head  He's lied time and again about issues regarding Maywather and anything that suits his agenda and he usually takes a big cut of his boxers earnings

Yes Mayweather put a hurdle up after Pacquaio put up a hurdle and I really doubt Mayweather even asks for OSDT if it wasn't for the 10million per pound clause, it was pychological, then Arum

Your argument is pointless and weak. Pointless because you are talking about something that already happened. No use crying over spilled milk. Let's talk about right now. What's on the table, RIGHT NOW?

Your argument is weak because it is easily countered by saying if Floyd hadn't asked for deal breaking test we would have had a rematch/trilogy by now.
