Lets hope Sam can get a fight on the card still and put all that training to use! Was Soliman the main event of the card?

Yeah it was the mainevent, but your right, hopefully he still heads over and can get another fight. He deserves a shot, has always been avoided because of his awkward style

Good to hear it's not on. Been concerned with Sam's faculties for quite some time, albeit I've been told it's his normal figure of speech.
Wasn't so when he fought & beat Peter Kinsella @ Southport RSL in '97

 

What are you talking about, DaGoose, if Sam is going to keep on fighting, then there is nothing wrong with Simon as an opponent, have you even looked at the quality of opponents on Simon's pumped up resume?

 

Sam has looked great in last few fights, I think at middleweight he still has what it takes to mix it with the best, Simons record good but very one dimensional, think sam would've won easy even in Germany

 

Sammy has had enough boxing & kickboxing fights. Don't want to see him turn into a vegetable come 60+. He never won a major world, but so frigging what? He done well.
There's life after boxing!
