Brewster's win is a win, period, no matter who was taking a beating or how, what matters is the result. It seems like you are the one making it complicated.

The guys they were fighting were actually at a muscular weight of 220+ thus they were actually bigger than today's 250+ behemoths..

Let me make it very clear for you, Joe Louis at his prime weight of 205lbs is bigger than fat ass Arreola at 260lbs, this point cannot be argued if you know your fitness and how body composition works.

so many of you obsess over the #s on the scale when you just dont get a simple point.

Today's generation of heavyweights didnt get bigger, they got lazier and fatter. Many of you dont realize how hard it is for a man to be 240+ pounds and be in good shape. That's why i listed guys like Klits as exceptions.

Majority of the other heavies are just fat slobs who have 40-50 pounds of FAT to lose.

How hard is this to understand.

Your argument is all over the place.

You've already stated that there is no small HW on the horizon who fits your requirement. This in a division that, for the past 15 years, has been dominated by guys who ARE 6'4", over 240 plus lbs, AND in shape.

Those small HWs recognize the very same thing you are acknowledging: that as long as a guy like that is on top of the division, they have no chance.

Which is precisely why they are not seeking (other than Haye and Adamek) any HW glory.

Again, what exactly is your argument?

    arguement is simple.

if you're in good shape, and can see slight definition in your ab region and you're in the territory of 200-210lbs you are at no disadvantage against someone who weighs 260 but has sagging belly and D Cup tits which majority of today's heavyweights have acquired through rigorous training regimen and strict caloric intake.

Here's a list of some of the top Cruisers (pulled from random website):

    Steve Cunningham
    Marco Huck
    Krzysztof Wlodarczyk
    Denis Lebedev
    Troy Ross
    Danny Green
    Giacobbe Fragomeni
    Ola Afolabi
    Pawel Kolodziej
    Guillermo Jones

Now, which of those guys can become HW champ at 205?

People have learn nothing from Pac and what speed and skills can do for you. Excessive lard does nothing for a fighter, except stop him from being a champ.

It's not that simple, you'd have to evaluate them on individual talents, their strengths and weaknesses, quite a few of those guys on the list wouldnt have the puncher's chance. If i were to match any one of them head to head against a Klitschko obviously id favour the brothers over all of them.

but that's not the point, i just dont see anyone big or small who would pose a threat to Klit bros at this moment. AND IF in some distant future, there is a potential Klit beater coming out of the woodwork, he doesnt necessairly have to be 6'5 250+ adonis.

this has nothing to do with size now, to me klitchko is just a tough guy to beat period, whether you big or small you'll have a hard time with him. I wouldnt pick anyone on that list against wlad just the same way i wouldnt pick them over a much smaller tyson.

this is a situation where you're dealing with a future ATG and not just a big strong guy.

exactly, listen, there are some lethal people in the world who weigh 160 and would put someone like Wlad in a bodybag with a single blow.

just because we dont hear about them, or just because they dont have a pro boxing license, it doesnt mean they dont exist. Size does not limit one's strength or capability.

Majority of fans are used to seeing freak show fat asses rub against each other and tire after throwing a few soft jabs, that's why their mind cannot conceive the fact that there are serious people walking this earth.

i repeat size does not limit your performance provided you are in physical shape and have a weapon of some sort.

    They don't say that.

The only time people say that is when a guy is a fat slob at 220lbs.

not really. they say that about every heavyweight who doesnt meat today's weight standards lol

they said the same thing about boytsov, eventhough he's undefeated. But as long as Klitschko is the champ denis wont become a champ, not because he's a small guy, but because he's an idiot who allows his management team to babysit him like a newborn baby.

there are bigger guys, but dennis seems to be physically more capable, good handspeed, power, agressive style. his problem is his opposition, guys like him wont get far precisely for that reason.

I agree with the TS, as any serious boxing fan will tell you, there really shouldn't even be a CW division in the first place, utterly pointless division, which has nothing more than weight drained heavies and young heavies getting practice in before moving up to the adult weight class.

Complete waste of time, yet we have endless threads on here telling us how we need a super heavy division as well, for **** sake!

Chagaev won his title from the best ever 7 ft fighter the sport has ever seen.
    :deal

And Byrd sort of beat a Klitschko.
