.....Amir Khan is one of the most gifted and talented prospects in boxing.

Is he chinny? Sure, but who the hell isn't these days.
Is his defence leaky? Yes, but its improving fast and he has the talent and time on his side to sort it out once and for all.

Khan is basicly a star already in the UK, and he should be supported all the way by the Brits. He can really help make boxing huge in the UK with his marketablility and exposure. Plus he is exciting, he is powerful, and very fast, and could go very very far.

Doubt he'll be big, and I'm a Brit.

Khan has talent, but is still yet untested by a serious opponent. The fight with Earl proved nothing because Earl is shot (badly). Hope he fights someone decent soon.

He'll be a classic Warren fighter.

He's good.. just not as good as his hype leads you to believe.. Another prospect like Yuriorkis Gamboa would destroy him in my opinion..

Hate to say it, but I agree. He should break away from Warren ASAP.

Does that mean he'll stay unbeaten for years fighting for the WBU belt and hailed in the UK as a "great" whilst remaining unknown in the US/Mexico?

What's with Frank Warren in that he doesn't even get his prospects to spar with the best fighters over in the US and Mexico?

He's a very good boxer, but the hype has surpassed his actual ability.
