Any fighter at the championship level is better than 95% of the HWs that ever lived, statistically speaking. Just saying.

No, he definitely wouldn't have knocked out Vitali and more than likely wouldn't get to Wlad either. Get your head out of your ass

Tyson is way overrated. I mean he is beastly and all that in his prime koing spinks and berbick but lets not forget that he didnt roll over everyone and that he didnt fight geuine ATG's like Ali or some of the other greats did in his prime. Wlad and Vitali give him problems definately.

Tyson's era was weak and he proved it by steam rolling through everyone to the point he got unmotivated, atleast he didn't have to get his brother to help him out.

    Ruddock? Please. Stop the BS.

Look I understand there can an argument for Tyson vs. both Klits. But Ruddock? That's just hogwash.

Tyson took on decent fighters in the form of Quick Tillis , Jesse Ferguson and Jose Ribalta even Marvis Frasier who was blitzed in 30 seconds would be top 10 in todays HW scene - and these were when Mike was a prospect , before the Berbick fight .

sick of saying this but as bad as the mid 80's were - it looks like a golden age of HW boxing compared to the dross we have today .
