The Klits: It's a cultural thing.

If that's true than every other nation in the world needs to stop trying to copy us. Modern European culture consists of cheap imitations of things and ideas that were imported from the US.

We have no unique culture because we have so many different cultures and demographics and every group of Americans is copied by the entire world. It used to be whatever trends Americans started the rest of the world would catch on 10-20 years later.

Now with the internet being so readily available other nations still obsessing over us copy any trends we set immediately after they become popular here.
