What could MArtinez do that Jacobs didn't do. They have the same style. Jacobs was boxing beautifully but Pirog applied relentless pressure (like Margarito did to Martinez). Pirog is better than Margarito, because he defends very well when he's attacking, with great torso and head movement.

Pirog is the real deal. He had an easy night with Maciel, and fought to the level of his opponent. Against Martinez, he would apply the pressure again.

Although this is a fight I would really want to see, Martinez stop Pirog.

    :lol:GTFOH

Martinez would beat the MOF brakes off Pirog.

Everybody comments on Pirog's "slickness" but he seemed slow as **** in his last fight. I'm not judging him by one fight, but people are taking the Jacobs win way too far.

    Martinez KO4 Pirog

the Pirog that fought Maciel? better hug those nutts a little closer.....Pirog is slow and would be lucky to get past Andy Lee. The First seasoned, fast, tough 160 he faces he is through. PW beats him and if Pavlik were still at 160 any version of Kelly beats Pirog.

He is not and may well never be ready for Martinez he should steer clear of that ass whipping.

I agree with everything but Andy Lee. I think he would take Lee for a walk.

Jacobs would beat Pirog in a rematch, I think. He's nowhere near Martinez's level.

    Not get KTFO, maybe?

Right...just like Nikolai Valuev and Koki Kameda have the same style.

    :blood

Oh. So...in other words, nothing like Margarito did to Martinez...hmm. :think

    Yes, OK.

    :lol::lol::lol:

    That is just plain ******ed.

    So?

All you've really said here is that Martinez once lost to a pressure fighter and that Pirog is more skilled than that pressure fighter.

If you think boxing is that simple...well...that's called "projecting". Perhaps it is the scope of your comprehension that is not so complex. ;)
