Those requests are reasonable to be honest. $100million for at the most would be 36minutes of work isnt!

    How are those requests reasonable?

She got 300,000 for performing 6 gigs in brazil the same year, yet she can pocket 1.5 million just for singing a song at a russian party.

You try to work out the percentage increase in that.

    Or better yet.

6 gigs in Brazil.. Fee: 300,000 pounds.

5 gigs in Dubai... Fee: 5 Millions pounds.

If floyd is expected to make 50million domestically why can't he expect to make more internationally?

I'm not against him making $100million. If they're willing to pay it, then more power to him. If by him asking for $100mil is preventing the fight from happening though, then its going to be percieved as a duck move. A $50mil guarantee with ppv profits is more than enough whether he's fighting in Vegas, Africa, or a Chilean coal mine.

    100 million? :verysad

Floyd could have requested pig's being able to fly as a precondition and you would still defend it.

Floyd is a **** for even asking for 100 million. If he truly wanted the fight, they'd be fighting. But I forgot he doesn't fight for legacy he fights for cash. He's not a REAL fighter.

(Not a ******* either so calling me one won't bother me)

He asked for $100m to fight in South Africa but in the USA all he wants is just a drug test. It's not that he doesn't want to fight in South Africa, there just has to be a premium in fighting down there.

Let's face reality, the ALL Blacks claimed they had been poisoned at the 1995 Rugby World Cup and some football teams claimed there had cramps at the world cup.You all saw the worst refereeing decisions at the football world cup last year and that's not just a coincidence, corruption is rife down there.Mayweather is realistic in asking for $100m because he knows everything will be against him.He has more to lose and since he's the betting favourite the Mafia will want to see him lose. The $50m increase in his purse is called the risk premium. The more corrupt the country the more the premium increases.
If the fight's in Vegas he wont ask that much all he wants is a drug test and you got the fight.

You people should see through Arum's plan,he's trying to make Mayweather look bad, talking about Mayweather going to jail, his arrogance and turning down the Mandela's.It's politics

Before the first negotiation failed Roach claimed they had agreed to everything but what happened?

Mayweather was on ESPN and he says 'take the test and we have the fight',that shows you Pacquiao hasnt agreed.

So what you're saying is, an African American fighter fighting in AFRICA is at risk of falling victim to racism and corruption while up against a Philipino fighter? :huh

    another error in your logic.

Roach does not and has never negotiated for Pac.

It's not about African-American it's about the favourite losing.Just like the All Blacks losing in the finals against South Africa or what happened in the South African World Cup.Did you see all the disallowed goals due to 'referee errors'?

    Money was exchanging hands

You guys ought to know these things
When Ali fought Foreman in Zaire,Foreman was expected to butcher that guy.He got knocked out,was that shot a knockout shot?
When Lennox Lewis lost to Rahman he was the clear favourite. The shot that knocked out Lewis did that look like a knock out shot to you guys?

It's easier to fix fights in developing countries.

Why don't Floyd just tell everyone that he doesn't want to fight Pacquiao?
