I've become more of a Floyd Mayweather fan and less of a Manny Pacquiao fan over the last two years.

Was, but not anymore. You want to call yourself the greatest pound for pound fighter of all time and won't even prove that you are the best of this generation.

Floyd is great. He's sort of a *****, but whatever.

People hate him for real reasons, he's been managed exceedingly carefully since he's turned into a legitimate money maker. Pacquiao has been carefully matched as well, but more active and personable. I hate having to mention Pacman in a thread that is not about him, but that's boxing. The only thing people wanna ****in' discuss is a fight that won't come off.

I was his fan up to the point where he made rubbish bull craps and excuses, instead of fighting Margo and Cotto.

I'm still a fan of Pac, Mosley, Margo and Cotto to this point.

Always liked him, respected him as a good boxer but what with all the manny bull**** i've really lost a lot of respect for him which is a damb pity. Leonard was plenty of smoke & mirrors but he had a easy style about him & was able to fool most of the people all the time but Floyd's attempts too keep his snout jammed into the no risk HBO $$$$ trough whilst avoiding erstwhile challengers by all & any means possible has for me exposed him as nothing more than a wannabe legend. At Least SRL took on the Mighty Hagler after being out of the ring in effect for 3/4 years albeit an over the hill Hagler at least he still put his neck on the block.

Anyway Floyd's damaged goods now & i really don't give a **** if he fights Pacman as he's only waiting to see if pacs on the slide & then & only then will he MAYBE show some balls & give the public the fight they want. But even then IMO he's tarnished goods & the sooner HBO dump him along with his parasite family the better.

I have been a FMJ fan since the 90s, and I still am, but he doesn't make himself easy to root for...tbh, the only reason I'd root for him now is because I don't want him losing and taking away the luster of a Pacquiao-FMJ fight...

i still concider myself a floyd mayweather fan but its hard to deny the obvious ducking that is going on against pacquiao.

he always says things like "i can beat anyone and no one will give me credit for it" but the truth is if he beats pacquiao (who many concider to be the best in the buisness) then floyd has truely silenced all the critics. HAVE A TUNE UP with spadfora and then face pacquiao early next year or later on in 2011

If he's fighting, I'll be sure to watch it. His degree of boxing skill is something to admire. His outside antics only make you want to watch him more imo.

Like everyone else, I hate how he goes on vacation every other year. Also not giving us exciting fights, in the sense that he's not fighting the top dogs in his division.

The most frustrating thing is he has the all the skills to dominate his weight class. Why can't he just do it? Legacy don't pay the bills, sure, then do your fans a favor and retire.

i dont give a **** what he does out of the ring.... if he beats up women, **** it as if i care... i just want to watch him box

do i care if his dad deals crack? no , good on him, feed your family

does it matter if he defamates Pacs Character?.... not to you it dosnt...

why should a boxer be a roll model to society? .... theyre trained fighters... who most of have come from nothing
