Seems like Thomas & Mack Center is not as big a venue for fights as it used to be alot more popular, From my understanding its the biggest arena for boxing in terms of capacity in Las Vegas?

Anyone know whats going on with boxing at the Thomas & Mack Center?

  2. I went to an ESPN Friday Night Fights card there a couple years ago. Friday Ahunana beat some undefeated heavyweight prospect... That was in conjuction with an MMA card featuring Randy Couture's wife. They gave away the tickets for free...

Thats the last time I've even heard of boxing at Thomas and Mack.

I wouldn't call it a "big" fight but Jones-Hopkins 2 was at Thomas and Mack. They couldn't even give away enough tickets to draw a crowd.

Don't recall anything there since Calzaghe vs. Hopkins. It did look bigger than MGM, but I have no idea for sure.

I think it is certainly the biggest arena, there were some major fights there couple of years back, Pac-Morales II and III for instance. The last fight there was Holy vs. Botha.
