    for IBF title against Billy Dibb. It is highly likely, so how does this fight happen? Dibb vs Garcia how does that fight play out>? What kind of fighter is Billy Dibb? Will Garcia steamroll him?

    It is a hand out tittle, he was the mandatory for Gamboa's IBF belt but, the piece a crap that Arums is didn't let Gamboa show up for the IBF weight in (he pay him, threat, I don't know) it was stated by Garcia's handlers that he wasn't ready for Gamboa, so instead he is going to fight a cab driver (ala Canelo) for Gamboa's old belt, there you have it, Arum is going to have all 3 (FW) majors belt holders in his pocket, he a crook and a felon that bribed the ex-President of the IBF, I don't know why he still promote boxing events.

    Anyone any idea what the WBA are doing with Gamboa's "unified" WBA title?

    Anyway Garcia steamrollers Dib with ease.
