he's a lot slower than he used to be man. He makes up for it with experience and intelligence, and because his opponents although bigger are also slower.
He's not a lot slower. A lot slower would be the exact example I gave in my last reply. He has lost speed, but that is understandable...but he isn't a lot slower. He may have lost speed in certain areas, for example, his one punch speed...but in terms of his combinations, there isn't a great deal of difference. Especially considering the weight difference.
I thought the extra weight and the trainingcamp not going well were the reasons for him to look a litttle slower, luckily for him even then he is still way faster then all his competition. If he trains well for the mosley fight we can tell how much he slowed down exactly. Its not weird pac is in the end stage of his career is in his 30's and has been in many wars, its logical, if he loses his speed he should retire asap, thats his most important asset.
I also think moving to 140 is wise, the weight would help him handle speed better, extra weight is not a good thing.
What speed? At best I think he is probably above average in speed. Floyd's videos exhibits much more speed than this. Wait till i look for them and post it here.
well, dumb****s, thats what happens when you get older and gain more weight. its clear that he has lost a little speed. but hes still a remarkable fighter.
Of course he's slower. He's bigger now and a bit older. Those who use the PED argument and say he's actually gotten faster moving up in weight r fuking dummies
He is fast, sure. But I have Floyd edging him in the speed punching department. Remember, this kid has three loses in his sleeve. Facts are facts dumbo.
Of couse, he was faster when he was younger and smaller. That was pacquiao in his featherweight days. For all those people who says donaire would beat this version of pacquiao. Watch this video and picture those punches hitting donaire's face. Not hating on donaire, im a fan of his but no way does he beat this version of pacquiao.
definitely slower, but notice how improved his footwork is now. Before is was a little unbalanced and moving all over the place for no reason. His movements are now balanced and has a purpose. He doesn't need as much speed as before.
...and floyd has 6 losses in the amateurs, more losses than pacquiao. oh wait, that's amateurs and we're pros. yeah. ...but one floydiot compared floyd's early amateur career with pac's early pro, that floyd used to fight 106 in the ams. ...so stop comparing pac's losses to floyd.
