If Mosley wins (A Big if ) is he considered the P4P Best? Using the loose defintion of P4P that is throw around every week to a diffrent fighter.

No, he'd be top 5 for sure, but Mayweather would be number 1

A win for Mosley would make Mayweather #1, according to how most have their current p4p rankings....

by the time pac vs mosley happens mayweather will not have fought within a year nor does it looks like he will schedule a fight by then. Its likely that he will be removed by the time pac vs mosley happens. That means that when mosley ko's pac, martinez will be number 1.

By that logic winky wright would be up there to
and if we where going to use the active argument than Cotto would be P4P 1.
and as much as it groses me out to say it Sergio Mora would have to be considered as well.

Only someone deluded like Ricky Hatton would think Mosely would be number 1 P4P if he beat Manny.

    lol,
Thats how i think it would go. 1 week he would be p4p best in the world. Then he gos and fights some one who can block a punch and Mosley mania would be over.

If Mosley wins then Pac greatness should be and would be question. Pac has not fought a true welterweight at the 147 mark since he arrived other then Clottey for obvious reasons. If an aged Mosley beat him then we know Pac was more hype then greatness. Should Mosley be considered p4p #1? Hell yeah he should. Pac is considered it now and he never even beat the last #1 p4p (Mayweather)

Nah man he's just a guy with a good left hook and a wicked right hand that either had a great game plan or got lucky. Prime for Prime he destroy's the pac-monster and even now at his age pac's the perfect fighter to be facing but he really doesn't have much left to be honest.
