    :yep:

If the participants' last names don't add up to at least eight syllables, Bob from HR doesn't want to hear about it. :good

Good cross-roads fight. Dimitrenko is the eternal prospect who is protected and has so far been unable to step up in competition. His career has been stagnating for years. Helenius is clearly a hot prospect and on his way up. The winner of this should clearly become a serious contender, and I hope for the sake of the HW divison that it will be Helenius.

I agree. Imagine Dimitrenko somehow wins a close decision vs. Helenius. That'd suck for the division. It'd be great if Helenius could win his next couple of bouts decisively while showing improvements in workrate and stamina along the way.

but universum are broke and they need big fights for their boxers... they lost their TV deal, a fight with Helenius would make the main event on a big televised card in Germany, because Sauerland still have their TV deal

The thread title needs a questionmark at the end. It´s not fixed it´s just an idea...

I think Helenius fits that description; a Less awesome version of Wladimir.

Would be a perfect fight for someone who is preparing for a shot at Wlad.

Someone like maybe the IBF mandatory? *cough*cough*Chambers*cough*cough*

I'm not sure. Chambers nearly lasted the full 12 with Wlad. He may be able to last the 12 with the less "awesome" Helenius?

I have a feeling Chambers vs. Povetkin 2 is in the works.

Eddie has been talking about wanting that fight. Considering that Wlad is a couple fights away for the IBF rematch, I think Chambers might use that time to avenge his loss to a slipping Povetkin before taking on Helenius in preparation for Wlad.

    Just my thoughts.

A Wilfried Sauerland statement: Wir wollen Robert in Ruhe aufbauen. Er ist noch jung, und wir haben Zeit. Als nächstes steuern wir eine Europameisterschaft gegen den Hamburger Alexander Dimitrenko an. Da hat Robert sehr gute Chancen.“

We like to build Robert slowly up. He is still young and we´ve got enough time. The next thing we head for is an european championship fight against Hamburgs Alexander Dimitrenko. Robert has good chances in this one.
