thats fine.. based on your scenario thats perfect.... thats would be a protein shake 2.5 hours after a meal and right after a workout... perfect

The video showed him eating his large meal and then drinking, what looks like, a protein shake.... thats what I am talking about

Pac had it RIGHT after eating... doesnt really help

3 hours is fine... again, I was talking about the shake right after he had a big lunch/dinner....... to much protein at 1 time... the meal and then a protein shake......

You guys think you know better than Ariza, you must be training a lot of top boxers/athletes. /s

The bulk of Pacquiao's meal comes from rice meaning more carbo than protein. The protein shake is to supplement the imbalance. I read before that Ariza tried to modify Manny's diet but Manny can't be parted with his rice.

    YES, I do
Im the chef for the Klitschkos
Im not saying that the shake is not good... its just that a shake after all the protein he just ate is a waste, Thats all

    :good
But its common sense. just like you said relentless, to much protein at one time..... all I was getting at is that it was a waste Thats all... if they waited an hour or 2 then gave it to him, it would be much more effective:good

A Filipino regular diet is like a couple cups of rice, (or more) then maybe 3 thin slices of meat or maybe some fish and veggies, and some clear broth.

Not a lot of protein there.

That's probably why they supplement it with protein shakes immediately.

This would be considered as a heavy, protein rich breakfast for most Filipinos.
