    I thought even a old, shot jones would beat Green. I was wrong there. No reason he cant give Tarver all he wants. Is the fight at cruiser or heavy?

    Intriguing fight. Has Tarver got enough left in the tank to beat Green? Last time I heard Tarvers name mentioned in a future fight he was being linked with Tyson "pound for pound greatest fighter alive" Fury?

    It will be for Green's IBO cruiser belt.

    Green said it will be another HoFer looking to take his world title, lol.

    Got to give him props for being able to attract RJJ and now Tarver down to Australia Certainly puts Mundine to shame only bringing down cab drivers.

    Green said he tried to get Hopkins but Hopkins didn't want to come to Australia (I vaguely remember Hopkins thinking Australia was in Europe).

    Green said he lost 13kilos (28 lbs) when he was stricken down with appendicitis recently but has put most of the weight back on. Tarver says he stayed at LHW too long, and is comfortable now not having to cut and will be good to go, no excuses if he loses. Says he's coming down under and will be bringing the thunder :bbb

    green better get eatin, dont think tarver is silly enough to come in at dannyweight...
    13kg from his keyhole sugery opperation is alll a PR stunt !!.. gives him an excuse if he losses and heroic finish if he wins......cant wait for tarver to get here and start talkin up the fight , he is the best jibbera in boxing

    I like both fighters Tarver does not sit on his punches like he used to. but at cruiser he will be a lot better than his final days at 175 and his hwt outing

    Green is putting together a nice run in his second career
