Williams is one of my fave fighters. so i would LOVE to see this fight.

but it doesnt really make sense for cotto. SUPER high risk and very low reward for him at this point. For williams it would be an ideal platform to relaunch his career

but cotto is a true warrior. wouldnt shock me if he took this tough assignment on

Im sure Cotto would fight him if the money was right, but Arum will never allow this so....

Williams needs a win for me. I think Cotto would beat him.

I thought williams was going to campaign at 147 again, he becomes the peoples champ at 147 and I doubt manny fights paul. But as for cotto williams I say cotto boxes him and gets him hard to the body, don't get me wrong thogh paul ain't no walk in the park, as for martinez k.o ing him, hey, he took risk and got caught, he is still a dangerous opponent.

I don't think Cotto has heavy enough hands to stop him, and I can't fathom a circumstance in which Cotto wins a decision against Paul. PW workrate is too much, and I don't think Cotto would be able to keep up, which would be the reason why I think Williams would win comfortably.

I would love to see this! I think Cotto could squeak by with a win. I think his jab and body work would slow down P Will enough to keep him honest.

Cotto would take it, and I mean both the fight and the W. He's better off with more financially rewarding fighters though. As far as quality of fight, I would not complain one bit.

How is William finished? He lost to the #3 p4p and hasn't fought since. Let's see how he returns before we declare him dead.

One ko doesn't end a career
