It can't only be on the Boxers to fund this. Promoters (who make the most money in the sport) need to chime in as well.
And maybe the cable giants (HBO and Showtime) with their big boxing budgets and throw a few pennies in as well. I really dislike Conte for what he did in the past, but he makes some damn good points in this vid.
Conte is just trying to promote himself, if he really wants to help out the organizations with their testing, then he should offer to do it for free.
he's opening up a new industry for himself and his crooked company. same thing with computer viruses, pharmaceudicals with AIDS viruses etc. that's what it boils down to.
all purses should be forfeited and time in jail, minimum 3 years if caught with PEDS or steroids. who needs drug testing?
