I sit at about 63 or 64 and fight at about 62. Lots of calories in good food = lots of nutrients.

So? What made you think any of those dumb ideas were good ideas? 500ml of water a day is pure stupidity. Why?

Don't fight it too much, fight at a natural weight. I kept trying to drain for fights and ended up fancying a nap on the ropes taking shots rather than trying to win the fight. I just fight at a natural weight now and I can go for it much much more.

Well your body is going to adapt to the training you do and is going to change with age. You can keep weight down but you can't fight it too hard forever.

Your body does not have a "natural weight". Your weight is dictated by how many calories you consume and how many calories you burn. If your body had a natural weight you'd just stay at 150lbs or whatever no matter how much you ate or trained. This just does not happen.

    Are you really that dense?

Why did you leave it till the last week to lose 5kg?

Why do you think training in a sweatsuit will lose weight? You'll lose waterweight which is gained back. Somewhat pointless wouldn't you say?

Why do you think the extremely stupid idea of drinking 500ml of water a day would be good for you?

    Why did you skip breakfast?

I'm asking for the reasoning behind the stupid things you done, in particular the 500ml of water a day thing, not the overall reason why you done them.

I watched a documentary once called 'why thin people aren't fat' and one of the situations it talked about was an experiment in an American prison. Certain inmates agreed to eat something like 10000 calories per day without doing exercise to see how much weight they could put on. They all put on weight to start with but there were certain individuals who just stopped putting on weight over time. This to me shows that their body wanted to stick to a more natural weight and so was finding other ways to use the energy.

There's a huge amount of factors in an experiment like that. How much did the guys weigh originally? How much weight did they put on? How long did this experiment last? Were the individuals definately not training, even walking? Did the guards stand there and watch these guys eat at least 10,000 calories every single day? Etc etc. Something like that in a prison environment would be pretty difficult to control fully.

How would you go about working out your natural weight? In the past year I've fluctuated between 11 and 13 stone depending on how much I ate. So what's my natural weight? I've seen guys that are 5'6" weighing 120lbs, but I've also seen guys at the same height weighing 210lbs. The difference? The calories they consume.

Do you think you could have reached 20 stone if you had eaten enough?
