    hollywood has always had a love of boxing biographies,from the fictitious(such as rocky)to the 'real life' such as ali,tyson,la motta and of course,most recently,irish micky ward.but there are countless interesting subjects whose lives could,imo,be potential silver screen blockbusters.amongst those are the likes of emile griffith,bobby chacon,arturo gatti and the enigmatic kirkland laing.any other suggestions for the hollywood film moguls to do their homework on...?

    I believe this same thread was done a few weeks ago, but my first pick would be Hasim Rahman. Former drug enforcer who was shot 5 times. Crushed by a truck in which his best friend died. All of that before he goes on to become the 2x heavyweight champion of the world. It would be a great flick I think.

    *A good guy to make a movie about ir Jhonny Gonzales... the guy's like a real rocky movie.

    Gamboa is a great story and still in developement. Hopkins is obviously a nice choice, the title could be "I corrected myself"

    manny pacquiao!! 12 year old boy runs away from home takes on the world!! And then becomes p4p king, a hall of famer, an ATG.. How can this not be an epic boxing movie?

    Sleeps on a cardboard box in a building while working as a construction boy. Cleans and scour for steel/metal to be sold to make extra money. Fights illigal boxing matches earning $2 per fight so he could help mom provide foods for his bro and sis. Eats once a day at times while training or a fight.. that's epic :good
