    5 -1 Maidana, I have to say Morrales still shows flashes of his greatness. He is hurting Maidana anytime he opens up.

    Maidana just continues to slap away, being first and being busier. It's his only hope, because Morales is much sharper and more accurate. Isn't Maidana the puncher in this match-up? :huh

    Morales is slightly wobbled by a hook at mid-range, mostly just balance. Morales is still landing the better stuff, with Maidana just traipsing in flinging his hands all over. Morales lands well and backs Maidana to the ropes. Maidana answers, spins Morales into the ropes and tees off. Morales lands a good right hand. Maidana slaps with left and right hooks, easily ducked by Morales. Jabs land for Morales. Right to the body by Maidana.

    Interesting round.

    67-66 Morales, he did just enough as Maidana was busier early but sloppier late..

    Maidana hit Morrales low at the end 5 -2 Maidana, Morrales is hurting Maidana to the body and to the head, Maidana's low blow saved him at the end of the round, but Morrales is imposing his will.

    Morales has that will still, damn it's impressive to see him still be able to dig down and pull out some of what made him great.

    Morales has subtle defensive moves that are ****in' excellent. He also appears to be a master at blocking the head butt/rub by puttin' his glove in the way.
